Dina Manzo speaks! Says Teresa had NOTHING to do with family issues

16 Oct

Dina Manzo, ever the classy lady took to her personal blog to finally (or once again depending on how you look at it) clear the air about the last few episodes of RHONJ, her family issues, Teresa and bullying. Dina says:

A lot of you are wondering why in the world I would film with Teresa after staying away from the housewives for so long. Let me first say that I’ve gone to every single one of Teresa’s parties that I’ve been invited to, most of which the cameras were NOT rolling.  When Teresa asked me to attend the fabellini launch my first question was “will there be cameras there?” She said yes, but you can come after they leave”…as I have done in the past. But that’s not where it ended…

(What most of you don’t know and you can choose to believe this or not, but up until the night of the deck debacle and Teresa showed up at my doorstep crying, I had no idea that she was even fighting with Caroline and Jacqueline, that’s how much I stayed out of that bullshit and even after that night I had no idea of the extent of the hate until I watched it live with all of you)
Now back to the fabalini launch…I showed up 2  1/2 hours late hoping the cameras would already be gone (I know that it was naive of me) I was promised that I didn’t have to be mic’d at first, just show that I was there to support Teresa. When I arrived one of the producers took me aside and explained to me that Teresa was really taking a beating this season and needed some much needed “on air” support. As a friend I felt bad for her, as a human being I never like to see anyone standing alone (I was always that girl in the lunch room who went to sit with the loner in the corner of the cafeteria) It is also why I was so quick to forgive Danielle at the reunion. I don’t like when Everyone is against one person and I certainly don’t like to see this happen to someone I care about.
Teresa has always supported me and has especially always supported Project Ladybug. She has come to every charity event I have ever asked her to and never complained taking this time out of her crazy schedule to help me. At the time I was even under the impression she was doing celebrity apprentice for ladybug. In the end she chose another worthy foundation, was I disappointed at first??? Absolutely, but she explained to me how she met this beautiful little boy with a rare disease and it really hit home for her. Now how can I be mad at her for helping a sick child? I was proud of her for giving a foundation that i was told had no prior national exposure a platform. BUT I would be lying if I also didn’t feel a bit obligated to be there for her “on air” too because of this. I would cut off my right bubbie for these kids and one quick scene on housewives didn’t seem that bad at the time…Boy was I wrong, do not mix booze with raw emotions…let me first explain that 90% of our convo was about her brother and Melissa. That is where the “blood is thicker than water” comment came in. Think about it, does it make sense that Teresa would bring that up about her and Caroline’s relationship?? You guys are smarter than that…
Now from my understanding this scene was shot AFTER even the reunion and things with her brother was worse than ever. I was explaining to Teresa that blood is NOT always thicker than water when her brother has to get in bed with his WIFE every night and not her….and we all know (unfortunately) about Joe Gorga’s poison. Water wins in this case every time! TRUST MESo here I am giving Teresa advice to just give her brother his space then she brings up my sister…did you see the look on my face? I was pissed but before you go getting mad at T I’m sure the producers convinced her this was a good idea, I could be mad at her but I understand the position she was in. I also understood via text from Jacqueline that I was a topic of not only season 3′s reunion that was just filmed but throughout season 4 as well. A part of me felt I should say my peace and I was pissed I was even brought up, I don’t know who did it and at this point I don’t even care.I had also had a few fabellinis on an empty stomach after a LONG day of shooting for HGTV and there was a lot of hurt off camera with my family who is on the show.  So I went ahead and said how I felt about the joke in the book. Do I regret talking about it on camera? Was it wrong of me?? Yes yes yes… But it’s done and I can’t take it back. I should have walked away but I didn’t. I do feel that this book nonsense is all that -nonsense…but I regret talking about it on film. Ok… It’s now Sunday night, I wrote this before I saw the last reunion tonight…I still feel the same about regretting filming but I DO NOT feel bad about defending Teresa, I know what it’s like to be on the other end of an attack like this and I don’t think it’s cool. She had nothing to do with my issues with my family in fact as I said before my issues stem back all the way from season 1. Teresa and the girls were buddy buddy up until last year, so please stop saying I chose her over my family…it’s really annoying. I would also like to say that I have 11 siblings…my family does not consist of just who is on this show and yes I do talk to the other 9 and I’m quite close to many of them and my parents. So enough with thinking I will die alone please…

I will publicly say I think they ALL handled this wrong…I begged some of the players (I won’t go into who) to just respond with kindness and all this will end. But I understand how emotions can get the best of you…they did tonight after I watched the show. I do wish all this could end, I don’t like seeing people especially WOMEN fight like this. If you can’t get along with someone or you feel that they just don’t like you…JUST STAY AWAY. Well at least that’s what works for me, you can completely FORGIVE people for how they treated you but it doesn’t mean you have to go back for more. Do you guys get it??? Thanks for listening~ Peace out
I wish they would stop blaming Teresa for their family feud. You can blame her for a lot but this? Its directly from Dina’s mouth that she has NOTHING to do with it (we hear its business issues and lack of familial support when Dina had to quit the show). Maybe Caroline, Jacqueline and even Chris will stop blaming Teresa and acting like they love Dina SO much.

RHONJ decoded: What they REALLY meant.

1 Oct

So being from New Jersey, I have the wonderful talent of being able to decode the verbiage that is RHONJ. Well that and I am an intuitive, snarky brat when I wanna be 🙂 So, here you have it. I am going to decode a few of the night’s best quotes and tell you what it really meant. Some may be paraphrased as I have no more Xanax left so I cannot watch the show again for accuracy. Buckle up bitches (can I say this at the start of all my posts from now on???), you’re about to be schooled…Jersey-style!

What they said:

Lauren Manzo: My mom let me have lapband…

What they meant: My Mommy paid for my lapband. Or was it Daddy?

What they said:

Andy Cohen: Kathy, Kathy, we get it. Enough.

What they meant: Stop wasting airtime. You are irrelevant and not even going to be here next season.

What they said:

Kathy Wakile: You’re father’s a coward.

What they meant: I am going to say the most shocking thing I can think of so that Andy and co. think I bring enough drama to be asked back. The mom is a liar thing didn’t work, so I am going to go with this.

What they said:

Teresa Giudice: He was Audriana’s boyfriend, but now they broke up.

What they meant: I am uncomfortable and don’t know what to say so let me insert  joke here to ease the tension.

What they said:

Caroline Manzo: You and your Christmas pageant dress…

What they meant:  You look ten times better than me, so I better attack whatever else I can find.

What they said:

Andy Cohen: You do go a little (hand signal crazy)  on Twitter

What they meant: Seriously Jac, you are bat shit crazy and your Twitter rants make you look like a fool. But do keep doing it, for ratings of course.

What they said:

Teresa Giudice: Rich? Yeah, with his yellow teeth.

What they meant: Rich? Yeah, with his yellow teeth.

What they said:

Melissa Gorga: I was on a red carpet and they asked me about Teresa.

What they meant: I was fame whoring and it was, like, so totally annoying that all they wanted to do, was like, talk, like about Teresa.

What they said:

Melissa Gorga:  That is so wrong. You don’t go on someone’s looks.

What they meant: Except of course when I am talking about Angelo, Kim D., or anyone else I deem worthy of an insult.

What they said:

Lauren Manzo: Spell napalm. Go ahead, define it, spell it, go ahead.

What they meant: I am a bitter, nasty bitch so I sit on the computer trying to find ways to discredit you while simultaneously throwing darts at a picture of Lindsey and suckling from Mommy’s teet.

What they said:

Jac Laurita: Yes you did and I have the recordings to prove it.

What they meant: I can totally drum up any fake evidence I want and say legally I cannot play it. WOO HOO! Everybody drink!!!

What they said:

Jac Laurita: Hi Andy.

What they meant: Everybody drink!

What they said:

Caroline Manzo: My brother and I were very scared for her and her mental state.

What they meant: She got ridiculously drunk at Kim G’s house the night before and we were afraid she would either castrate Andy or blow some of Bravo’s best kept secrets.

What they said:

Melissa Gorga: This bitch is crazy.

What they meant: JOE!! Yell shame on you from backstage or no sex for a week!

What they said:

Kathy Wakile: Your show, the Teresa Show.

What they meant: Its not just your show, anyone can be on it. Well, except me. Because its more fun watching paint dry than me bike riding, pretending to want to buy restaurants I cannot afford, taking my daughter to see colleges she has no intention of attending or watching my husband in any capacity whatsoever.

What they said:

Teresa Giudice: Yeah, everytime you are with my parents you tweet a picture of it to piss me off.

What they meant: This, this and two others that were since deleted.

What they said:

Lauren Manzo: Because of dickheads like you.

What they meant: This freaking dress is cutting off my circulation.

What they said:

Jac Laurita: You wanted me to call her out and call her a stripper.

What they meant: I would  never do such a thing. I have a, uh, soft spot, for ex-strippers. Unless its Danielle Staub. Then its wrong. EVERYBODY DRINK!

What they said:

Jac Laurtia: They hid assets, and purposefully defrauded.

What they meant: We hid assets better than them. EVERYBODY DRINK!

What they said:

Caroline Manzo: I want to go home.

What they meant: Al is alone in Atlantic Titty. I NEED to keep on eye on him.

What they said:

Teresa Giudice: You said in your blog Jacqueline that I never spoke badly about Melissa and Joey, to you.

What they meant: Yeah, I read famewhorgas.wordpress.com bitch!

What they said:

Teresa Giudice:  Blubber, Blubber and Blubber.

What they meant: Didn’t you wear this dress last year? Either way…too tight.

What they said:

Teresa Giudice: You copied my eye shadow.

What they meant: You want to be me. You copy everything I do. I am going to use a poor example of this because I am on the spot, but you really really do.

What they said:

Melissa Gorga: Can you look at me? I am tired of staring at your weave all night.

What they meant:  If you don’t face me, how can I get camera time?

Well there ya have it…there is more I could translate, but I will save my sanity for part two.  Oh and p.s. Rosie Pierri meant exactly what she said…no translation needed.

Reunion Sneak Peek: Rosie threatens Teresa!

25 Sep

Ok, this preview is disturbing. What started out as a fun show has turned into a dark and disgusting mess. In this clip from the three part reunion episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey, it appears as though everyone is at their breaking point. It ends with Rosie, shouting from backstage (why are siblings even there..ahem Marco sisters..ahem).

Check out this clip from People.com which features insults, Kathy Wakile’s unrecognizable face, a hysterical Teresa Giudice, a comforting Caroline Manzo, a seriously pissed off Melissa and an utterly horrible exchange between Joe and Joe.

http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20632954,00.html

This is absolutely heartbreaking to watch and 100% not entertainment. Again, nothing got to this point until we met Melissa. Just sayin’.

Top ten things we learned from the RHONJ finale

24 Sep

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin this time. Its like a trainwreck, one you cannot look away from but feel kinda dirty for even seeing. We are watching this for entertainment, and I get that…but we are also watching the destruction of a family. A once close and proud family. Its sad. Its a shame. And it was all done for a buck. Buckle up bitches…its about to get pretty bumpy…

Top ten things we learned from the RHONJ finale:

10) There was 100% a set up. I just can’t figure out who was ultimately set up and who was the mastermind. I do know, from multiple sources AT THE SHOW that filming was for hours and hours and we only saw snippets. What they WANTED us to see. Its obvious that the producers decided long ago to make Teresa the villain this season. Sources told us that conversations were edited and snipped together to show what they wanted to convey: That Teresa set Melissa up. Case in point…when Pete Giudice congratulated Teresa, he said “Congrats, good job, I am proud of you, you held your own”. He was referring to the verbal assault Teresa experienced outside the fashion show. But this was edited in to look as though he was congratulating her on her set up. He was not.

9) Angelo admits on camera “Teresa and Kim wanna blow the whistle on Melissa”. Ok, I get it. This is pretty damning. I will be the first to admit that as well. And if I am wrong, I will say I am wrong…but here is why I think I am not, when I say that I don’t believe he was saying that. According to a source, his conversation with the woman was almost 15 minutes long. We saw 20 seconds. Is it not plausible that he was saying Kim and Teresa wanted to blow the whistle on Melissa, meaning expose her as a bitch, in a rhetorical way, something that may have been said months ago. He then took it upon himself, with others help obviously, to use this opportunity to out Melissa. If he was talking about Teresa and Kim disliking Melissa and wanting to out her, in a past tense, we would never know, because it was pieced together right in with him talking about Melissa dancing. Case in point: Rich Wakile said that he did not say that fish comment. He claims Bravo pieced it together and edited it in. So…which is it? Cameras don’t lie? Or camera can show what they want you to see?

8) Which is it…Angelo is a liar and Melissa was not a dancer…but its not conceivable to think he would lie about Teresa being behind this?

7) So outing someone for their past is horrible and wrong and sneaky? I think Danielle Staub would have a bone to pick with Caroline Manzo on that subject (who found the book written about Danielle and brought it out Season 1 for all to see).

6) Jacqueline Laurita is a shit-stirring drama queen. Jacqueline gets a text saying Teresa set this up..so naturally it must be true. Did this remind anyone else of a grade school game of telephone? She runs and tells Joe Gorga? Good friend! How about asking Teresa first. And sorry but Teresa did not accuse you of setting up Melissa. She accused you of setting HER up.

5) I am from New Jersey. I can say with 100% certainty that Lookers Gentleman’s club is NOT a bikini bar. Its a go-go bar. While the women cannot strip totally naked if alcohol is served, by NJ law, it does not and will not mean it doesn’t happen. They don’t have a back room for nothing… Melissa says she worked for 1 week as a bartender. Yet her lawyer sent pay stubs to All About the Real Housewives to prove she was “only a bartender”. These stubs show nearly a year of employment. Which is it Melissa? Can’t keep the lies straight?

4) Joe Gorga spoke inappropriately to Kim D. No doubt. Whether she was wrong or right or did this or not, he was not appropriate to her. Especially since he had no proof at that point as to who did what. Sources say he raised a hand to her, but it was edited out in the event of making the Gorgas look better. I cannot confirm this, but its what we hear…

3) Its one thing to be drunk at a night out in a bar with people of age. Another to be drunk at a children’s christening in the middle of the day. Just sayin’

2) Kathy is irrelevant. She came on the show to be a backup to Melissa so she wouldn’t be alone in her hatred to Teresa. But what does she offer? Cannolis? Oh, and Lauren Manzo is the devil’s spawn. Seriously, that girl is a miserable bitter excuse for a female. I hear she is such a super-douche at the reunion. Why is she even there? Why was she even at the fashion show? One minute she is a bitter angry bitch, the next she is a boring wet mop. Nice little combo of her parents, that one.

2a) Rich Wakile and his man boobs was not threatening or scary showing up to the fashion show. Not in the least.

1) RHONJ lost its sparkle. Its so dark. Where is the show about affluent women shopping with a little snark here and there? Why is it all about Teresa’s family? She was the one on the show. She did not sign up with family. The Manzos did. But you can bet the 5 siblings Caroline doesn’t speak to would never be well received on the show. I miss the show about over the top parties and paying for furniture in cash. I miss the laughs. I miss the friendships. I miss the housewives. I’ll end with pointing out that all of the above was gone as soon as Melissa and Kathy joined the show.

Caroline Manzo talks…a whole lot of nothing!

18 Sep

Caroline Manzo took to her Bravo blog and said…a whole lot of nothing. She barely mentioned the Posche Fashion Show. Why is that, Caroline? Photographic evidence that Teresa was just as surprised as everyone else, not refutable? Or trying to come off like you have “no time for drama”?

Hello again! Sorry for the late blog two weeks in a row, I’m really slacking!

I was happy to see Kathy follow her passion for baking and bring it to a new level. She’s supertalented, and I wish her nothing but success in her new endeavor. Just remember Kathy, the Manzos are willing to taste test at any time!

Brunch at the boys’ apartment was great. We had a lot of laughs and Lindsey did a great job as hostess. Contrary to what you may all believe, I actually love Lindsey. I liked her from the moment I met her, and think she is a wonderful, wonderful young lady.

I am thrilled for Lauren; Cafface is absolutely gorgeous and she is doing a phenomenal job, but more importantly, she’s happy. It’s located in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Follow her on Twitter @cafface for beauty tips and sale updates! Keep on watching, folks, this girl is going places! (Proud mommy moment!)

Ashlee is doing very well in California. Yes, she’s had some growing pains and has made her fair share of mistakes, but she was back home a few weeks ago and she has made some very positive changes. She’s growing up and taking responsibility for herself. We all knew she had it in her; maybe the California sunshine had to bring it out? Keep on keeping on, Ashlee, we’re proud of you here in New Jersey!

The Posche fashion show is proving itself to be a memorable event year after year, wouldn’t you agree? Are we gluttons for punishment or suckers for fashion, that’s the million dollar question.

Looks like we’re winding down to the final few episodes, but unfortunately the drama is on full throttle. See you guys next week, get ready, it’s a wild one.

If you can’t be bothered to even blog about the episode, something that is PART OF YOUR JOB, then maybe you shouldn’t have this job. But then again, if you don’t have this job you have to go back to being a miserable bitter woman (not a miserable bitter Real Housewife). Blogging about loving Lindsey…not good enough, honey.

Teresa Giudice: “I am no actress!”

18 Sep

Teresa Giudice turned in her Bravo blog and as usual it has me scratching my head wondering how people can think she is evil. I really think this woman is misunderstood and the scapegoat for any and everything that goes wrong in the other Housewives lives. She explains the Posche Fashion show drama and says she is no actress:

“To all my Jewish friends, L’Shanah Tovah! The kids are off school for Rosh Hashanah, and we enjoyed a long weekend together. We all went to the Sons of Italy Italian Feast and Carnival in Tappan, New York. I signed books while Joe took the kids on the rides. He outlasted them all except Milania — she is like the Energizer Bunny! The kid is never tired! She tired us all out!

I see our visit made headlines again, and for such a ridiculous reason! Joe was playing with a little boy’s toy gun and I told him, “Put it down before someone takes a picture of you with it! I can just imagine that headline!” Surprise, surprise, that was exactly the headline, that Joe “pointed a gun” at me. He didn’t point it at me, but whatever. I guess I should embrace the publicity, but I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it. Ah Marone, what can you do?

My heart was racing all over again watching this week’s episode. I think you can see I was sincerely uncomfortable at this strange guy trying to talk to me about Melissa’s past. (We all know I’m no actress — that’s actually what finally got me fired from Celebrity Apprentice!) It was very weird because the guy Angelo didn’t really do anything terrible, he wasn’t rude or aggressive, so I couldn’t really say anything more than I did. I think he really did think I knew about her past — which I didn’t, I still don’t, and I, like the rest of America, don’t care! — and when he saw I was upset, he apologized right away. But I didn’t want anything to do with anyone talking about my family, so I left (and I was downstairs, not just around the corner! I couldn’t hear Angelo and Kim D. at all!). I even told Kim D. to shut the f— up! (Sorry, Kim.) The whole situation just felt weird, so I took myself out of it. I can’t keep track of all the people Melissa has pissed off in our town, but I am not going to be a part of it.

You did see my honest reaction to everything and I’m proud of how I handled it. I think I’ve learned a lot over the past few years — thanks in part to Posche Fashion shows! — and I kept it together, but rose above it. Again, thank you all for supporting me, for giving me words of encouragement, and for helping me grow over the past four seasons. I’m so thankful I don’t have to defend myself and work as hard as the other ladies do to try and convince the viewers of what “really” happened. You’re all smart, you can see for yourself.

The one thing that does still sadden and confuse me is why my cast members, especially my own family, were back then and still are so ready to believe I would “set Melissa up.” First of all, I don’t play like that. For better or worse, what you see with me is what you get. I don’t scheme and plot and try and twist people’s minds and opinions about things. I don’t bash people on Twitter, have my sisters and mothers and daughters pick fights with people on social media, I’m just not about that. You know who does that sort of thing. They always have and they always will. I yell and fight in person when I’m mad, but thankfully, that’s rare. The rest of the time, I parent, I work, I write, I cook… I’m busy, I’m happy, and I enjoy my life! I wish the other ‘Wives would spend half as much time taking care of their kids as they do getting into fights on Twitter. We’d all be so much better off, don’t you think?

Second, I have nothing to gain from exposing Melissa. She is my parent’s only daughter-in-law, she goes by our family name “Gorga.” Why would I want anything bad out there about a Gorga? She’s my only brother’s wife, the mother of my godson, and my daughter’s godmother. She may not have any family loyalty toward me, but I have it toward her and I always will.

Until the day of the fashion show, I had never heard of this Angelo guy or even Lookers. (Sorry, I don’t hang out in places like that and never worked in one. I worked at Macy’s!) Just a week after the show in a taped interview, Angelo said the same thing: that he never met me before and I had nothing to do with it. You can read the transcribed interview with Angelohere.

I’m just so over all of this backwards, made-up drama. (Whoever created the Alice in Wonderland picture with Andy as the Mad Hatter, I love love, love, it!) By this point last year, everyone in the cast knew that Melissa had definitely been in contact with Danielle and told her private things (lies, actually) about my family to try and purposefully and publicly bring me down. And it worked, since because of Melissa, Danielle knew just which buttons to push at the Season 2 Reunion. I reacted, flipped out, and almost flipped Andy. A terrible day I wish never happened. Thank you, Melissa!

When I found out — by Danielle outing Melissa on WWHL, not by Melissa owning and admitting it — I forgave her. I truly don’t believe she would forgive me for something that evil, but I did forgive her. I didn’t wait for a year to see how I would look on TV to forgive her. I did it right away. Yes, I wanted my family to be whole that bad!

What I don’t understand is how Caroline and Jacqueline, who had their own family buttons pushed by Danielle, buttons that ended up in legal cases and drama with their children(!), think it’s no big deal that Melissa was working with Danielle this whole time. I didn’t get it, but OK… But then to pretend to be so disgusted and upset with a possible/fake/not really “set-up”? What? How screwed up are their priorities exactly?

I’m not gonna lie, I don’t really see what the big deal is here. Someone Melissa used to work with said “hi” to her at a fashion show and then left. I don’t know what his intentions were, if he thought it was funny, but seriously, big f—ing deal. She used to work at a bar, he worked there too, maybe she danced, maybe she wore a tank top, maybe she only stopped by to empty the trash on her way home from church. Who knows, but again, big deal. The Angelo guy didn’t say anything bad to her, wasn’t mean or violent, didn’t have secret pictures to leak to the press, wasn’t involved in a legal case with her… the whole thing was a big fat nothing. The entire scandal is that maybe Melissa danced? I’m sorry, but after all the hype, it doesn’t even look like a set-up to me, more like a let-down. I have to say it again: big f—ing deal. Who cares if Melissa danced? As long as she doesn’t plan on opening a car wash and recruiting my girls to work there, I don’t care.

The only thing that made any of this a big deal is the fact that Melissa freaked out, ran into the bathroom, and right away called my brother and said she’d been “set up.” What? You’ll see my face next week when everyone immediately jumps on the “Melissa was set up” train. I’m so confused. First, because I don’t think the big incident was really that big a deal. I didn’t like to hear it or be put in the middle of it in a creepy, unexpected way, but it was no ambush. (And I think I know ambush!) The guy said, “Hi, remember me?” and LEFT.

But conveniently the other Housewives, the ones with the matching blogs every week, came to the same exact conclusion right away: Teresa set Melissa up! What, what, and what? And again: what? It doesn’t make sense for me to do, they had absolutely no proof, the guy himself denied I had anything to do with it, but the truth doesn’t matter to them. They went on Twitter to talk about how they think I set Melissa up, they went to the press, and still, a year later, they’re singing the same sad song. This is actually one instance when I’m so glad the cameras were there for the whole thing, because you see what I see. But the worst part is my brother, who wasn’t there, doesn’t see it. He believed their crazy story right away, still believes it I guess, and we haven’t spoken for a year. In the end, who got what they wanted? Not me…

I know the other women think I’m so dumb (and yet a manipulating mastermind at the same time?), but I do get why they all have to blame me for everything. Because my name on their lips is the only way they ever get attention. “Can you give us a horrible quote about Teresa?” “Yes, but only if you mention my “Happy Ending” desserts/”advice” book/new song/makeup/restaurant/yummy water too!” If that’s the price they are willing to pay to take a bite out of the big ol’ pie or whatever Richie calls it, then have at it. I’m just going to keep moving forward, and moving up. And because of all of you and my beautiful family, I have so much to move on to! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

And thank you all for coming out and meeting me this week! I had an amazing time meeting you all at the Italian Festival, and was so honored to be able to attend the Eric Trump Foundation charity invitational, and the Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day 2012 for NephCure.”

I really feel bad for Teresa. I think it was quite obvious that she has nothing to do with this nonsense. I think if she did, she would have let Kim D and Angelo go on a bit more about what Melissa used to “do”. She is so right when she says the other ladies think she is both dumb and an evil mastermind at the same time.  I love how Melissa and Jac always wait for Teresa to turn in her blog first so they can “respond”.

Caroline Manzo talks Dina at the Fabellini launch!

12 Sep

Caroline Manzo took to her blog to talk about Sunday’s episode. She didn’t say too much…other than she wishes things with Dina could go back to the way they were. Regardless of who did what…that is sad. When families are torn apart, no matter the reason…no one wins.

Hey guys, sorry for the late blog! It’s been a busy week.

It was fun to watch all the little kids get ready for school; I remember those days well, hectic but magical at the same time. Little excited faces with brand new haircuts, shiny new shoes, and the coolest lunch box ever. Don’t you wish you could be that little kid again? Life was so much easier.

I sympathized with Kathy while Victoria was checking out her college options. I remember when we did that with Albie, the dorms were small with cinderblock walls and it was quite a shock when we first walked in. The fact of the matter is that for Albie it was the best experience in the world. He grew so much from being away from home. Don’t worry, Kathy! She’ll be back looking for dinner with a bag full of laundry before you know it.

The scene with the little girls getting their nails done was too adorable for words; say what you want about the Jersey Housewives, you can’t deny we have the cutest little group of kids!

Sirius Radio was a blast! We did a three-hour open mike special, allowing listeners to call in and talk about anything they’d like. We had fun and got into some really interesting conversations for sure, so thank you Sirius!

The Fabellini party scene was not an easy one for me to watch. It is what it is. If I could wish upon a star it would be to wake up one day and have the nonsense behind me and my family in front of me laughing like old times. Star light, star bright…

Pretty surprised she even had a blog this week. I figured she would pull her “its 9/11/12 so I have nothing to say”. But she did kindasorta blog. Also suprisingly, she did not mention Teresa’s comment on WWHL about Lauren. Maybe because criticizing Teresa for  making a snide comment is futile…when her and her family have done it on camera for two years now.

Teresa APOLOGIZES to Lauren Manzo!!!!!!

10 Sep

Not that she deserves it, considering she makes fun of and calls out Teresa for everything from breathing to global warming. But Teresa took to her Bravo blog to explain her friendship with Dina AND last night’s episode:

It was so weird to see the girls going back to school this episode since that’s what they did last week, but a whole year later! Milania just started 1st grade, Gabriella went into 2nd grade, and Gia is in 6th! I’m glad you got to see some of my Gabriella’s personality. I told you she’s not shy with her sisters, she just doesn’t run for the cameras! She is so funny and she’s like an old soul. The things she says amaze me. I love her, like I love all my girls. I’m just happy you got to see a little more of her this week. I also loved seeing them with Antonia and Melissa. Milania and Antonia have been best friends since the day they were born, and it hurts Milania a lot not to get to see her cousin as much as she used to. Since Melissa is so much younger than her sisters, my girls are the closest cousins that Antonia has. I love that little girl so much and would do anything to have her over more. We’ll keep inviting her and our door is always open. Hopefully her mama will let us have a play date soon. We’ve haven’t filmed in a year, and coincidentally, we haven’t seen Melissa and her kids in a year (except for Melissa’s solo appearance at Gia and Milania’s birthday party in January). Maybe if the cameras come back around, we’ll see “all-about-family Melissa” again too. Fingers crossed! So I had my Fabellini launch party after the Napa trip. I didn’t invite Jacqueline, because I didn’t want her drama there. You’ll see in the next few episodes, Jacqueline was not ready to be friends with me again. She was… well, you can watch and decide for yourself. She did hurt me. (I can’t believe I said “hurted” on TV! Oh my gosh! That’s what happens when I think in Italian but speak in English!) Caroline, well, that’s obvious. I invited Kathy, but she was in D.C. with her family. And of course I invited Melissa and my brother. They chose not to come. I haven’t seen my brother, for a whole year, until the reunion this past Friday… you’ll see what happens there… Yes, I did lose my voice, yes I did sing On Display (I hope those two things aren’t related!), and yes it was a reunion to remember! I invited all of my friends to my Fabellini party, which includes and always has included Dina. I invited other Housewives from other cities, my best friends from In Touch, Andy was invited, everyone I love! We had it at the Brotherhood Winery where Fabellini is made, and it’s an hour and a half outside of Manhattan, so I get why everyone couldn’t come. I was delighted to see Dina though, as we’re always there for each other. I have been friends with Dina for over 15 years — I met her when she was pregnant with Lexi! — and I was friends with her first. She introduced me to her family. She’s Audriana’s godmother. When she decided to leave the RHONJ show, I publicly and privately supported her, as I do with everything she does. I think she’s beautiful and talented, and I love her. When she had a falling out with Caroline, she stopped talking to me too for a while, not because we were fighting, but because she knew I had to film with Caroline and Jacqueline and she didn’t want to put me in the middle. I have Dina’s back, but I learned a long time ago not to take sides in family fights, because when the family makes up, you look like the jerk. I have always hoped Dina and Caroline, and Caroline and her other siblings, would get along. For Caroline to say I have anything to do with her and her family’s fights is just crazy. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Dina said herself I had nothing to do with it. I don’t know why Caroline can’t just own up to her own problems, but I guess blaming me for everything helps her sleep at night. I’m happy that the Fabellini party was such a success and the drink itself too! It’s doing so well and we’re about to go national! We have a new website with information about the drink (it’s only 127 calories per serving with 12% alcohol!) and where to buy it. Thank you all for supporting me… for better or for worse! Here’s to a future full of better! PS: Last night on Watch What Happens Live, I high-fived Perez Hilton for losing weight naturally and not getting a lapband. I know Lauren thought it was a random dig at her, and I’m sorry for that. It came from a big conversation we all had at the reunion. You’ll have to wait and see what we said, but I didn’t mean for it to spill over. I guess I’m still a little delirious from a weekend of reunion madness…

Do you think Lauren deserved an apology? I don’t. Yes it was a mean dig but its not like Lauren hasn’t been dissing T on twitter for two years! T NEVER EVER stoops to that level on twitter and only recently defended herself. I am glad she talked about Dina too…the reunion looks like it will be EPIC! Can’t wait!

Top Ten things I learned from last night’s RHONJ

10 Sep

Okay, so as some of you know, I had a wedding last night and missed RHONJ and WWHL with Teresa Giudice and Perez Hilton. But I came home at almost 1:00 a.m. and STILL watched my shows (and again this morning since I fell asleep at one point- must have been during the Kathy segment). Here are the top ten things I learned from last night’s Jersey-fix.  Continue reading
