Teresa spoke with In Touch Weekly about her recent emotional breakdown following this past season of Real Housewives of New Jersey and how she needs help coping with the emotional backlash. I feel awful for her in this interview. Here are some snippets from the interview, per Intouchweekly.com:
After an explosive season of family feuds, fighting and cheating rumors,Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice tells In Touch in an exclusive interview the moment she finally reached her breaking point.
“I said to myself I wasn’t going to get upset, but I couldn’t help it,” Teresa says in the new issue of In Touch — on newsstands now — about her meltdown at the upcoming reunion show. “After the taping was done, I broke down. I started crying, and I couldn’t stop.”
Teresa says things escalated when “Melissa grabbed my arms like she wanted to fight me,” she reveals of the heated reunion exchange. “I told her to get the hell off me.”
Under attack by her castmates ever since the dramatic season finale taped, Teresa has been accused of setting up her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga by trying to expose her alleged past as a stripper. The Housewives believe she was behind a plan to having former gentleman’s club manager Angelo Vrohidis approach Melissa at a fashion show and insinuate she’d once been a stripper.
Even though Angelo was caught on tape saying Teresa and her friend Kim DePaola had put him up to it, Teresa maintains she was an innocent bystander. “I know in my heart I did nothing. I feel like I’m making myself sick over this.”
Since the fashion-show incident, Teresa has been torn up inside and confesses that she longs for emotional support. “I need help,” she admits. “Everyone is against me and ganging up on me.”
The Housewife says she’s had crying fits over her frosty relationship with her brother and is left questioning whether fame has cost her the close-knit family she once had. “We’ve never gone without speaking until we were on a reality show together. This is exactly what I didn’t want,” she says. “It’s heartbreaking.”

I think the “I need help” on the cover was more her saying she needs help coping with what has been done to her and how its affecting her emotionally. Not so much as she is the problem and needs help being a better person. I feel she is not always 100% right but she was certainly attacked and thrown to the wolves this season and my heart aches for her and her family for that. What do you think?

My heart goes out to Teresa. No matter what, Melissa was trying to destroy her! Still is! Melissa wants Teresa off the show and for her to be number one. Melissa does not care who She hurts getting what she wants. Can you only imagine the story’s that she’s told to get everyone so pissed. Well Joey will deserve what ever he gets from Melissa when the time comes and it will, I see it!
Angelo Vrohidis, the former manager of the establishment Melissa used to work for has admitted that Teresa and Kim D. were responsible for the set up according to the ( Radar Online.websitehttp://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2012/09/teresa-giudice-set-melissa-gorga-stripper-past-claims-former-boss.). So it seems Teresa has lied through her teeth as I have seen many times on this show. Are all of the cast as bad as this? No, Jacqueline has never appeared to me to be manipulative or mean spirited since I have watched. Caroline also has shown herself to be a straight shooter and had no axe to grind with Teresa until she realized what Teresa’s agenda was. She has no time for Teresa’s berating of the other cast members especially when Caroline found that these complaints regarding Melissa and Kathy were found to be false. Melissa had tried to mend fences with Teresa and did so I think in good faith but Teresa’s jealousy of Melissa soon wrecked any chances of keeping the peace. Teresa from the beginning has been on public relations campaign against Melissa that has been incredibly vindictive. Unfortunately for Teresa, it backfired, She had tried to orchestrate public opinion and her fatal flaw was that she didn’t realize how transparent her actions were. It seems to me that people can be fooled for a little while but not forever. Teresa seems to think she can lie her way out of any scrap and I am sure lying has been successful for her in the past. I think most of us have dealt with egomaniacs like her at one time or another and have had the “Aha moment.” All of the lies begin to unravel and you realize that they cannot be trusted. Her jealously had one motive and that was to embarrass Melissa. If Teresa hadn’t been found out her plan might have worked. Had her plan worked Melissa would have been left to explain her embarrassing past for an Italian family and Melissa would have had the blame for hiding it. Teresa would have been an innocent bystander and part saint. Teresa was so certain that she was right she never considered the alternative that Melissa wasn’t a dancer. She didn’t consider that the players (Angelo Vrohidis) might tell the whole truth. Why was Teresa so threatened by Melissa? Her rage and inability to see her part in this mess is troubling. She really should re-think her anti-therapy stance because she needs it. I kind of think she believes her own lies.
Then you must not see Jac’s twitter rants where she posts private texts convos they have had? Or you don’t understand editing and how just last week Rich Wakile said they “pieced his words together to make a sentence”.
